Jack Alexander

Jack Alexander is a real estate industry veteran with 30 years of experience in finance and ownership. His experience includes joint venture equity acquisitions, asset management, investment sales, capital market placements, CMBS underwriting, and real estate loan workout/restructuring.  

Immediately prior to joining CAF Capital Partners, Jack was with Apartment Realty Advisors in Investment Sales and Capital Markets.  For 16 years prior to ARA, Jack held multiple positions at GE Capital Real Estate, including Director of Equity Investments, Asset Manager, and CMBS Underwriter. As Director of Equity Investments, he acquired/developed 67 properties with 12 joint venture partners. As an Asset Manager, he was responsible for a $600MM portfolio of multifamily and office assets.  

Prior to GECRE, Jack spent five years as a loan asset manager with JE Robert Company restructuring and working out a portfolio of non-performing loans secured by commercial real estate. Prior to JE Robert Company, Jack had positions with an RTC contractor, Bluebonnet Savings Bank, and the FSLIC.  

Jack is a native of the DFW Metroplex and attended The University of Texas at Arlington, where he received his BBA in Finance. Jack currently lives in Plano with his wife Alicia and two daughters.
